EXTENSIVE PLUMBING PROJECT
This was a job very well done. The team of 5 guys installed our plumbing system including 2 bathrooms and 1 wet room. Our plumbing needed more pressure so Salamander recommended us 2 X 1000 litres tanks with a pumping system to improve the pressure. This had to be installed in our loft 4 floors up. Excellent plumbing work. As I'm very particular. The tiling work which included mosaics, hexagonal shapes as well as herringbone design needed a lot of skills. The result was flawless.

LOFT CONVERSION
Multiple Construction and team installed a Mansard loft conversion as a top floor flat for us. The project was not the easiest but they were up to the task. The council were a bit difficult from my experience dealing with them. From the first visit by the inspection bloke, Dan was able to liase and discuss with him the council's requirements on my behalf. Overall I'm delighted with the result of the work. The materials sourcing also saved us a lot of money.

Dan of Multiple constructions and team were able to complete the scope of work requested full house refurbishment including; Garage conversion, Kitchen refurb, Bathroom refurb, Engineered wood flooring, several solid oak doors, windows. With some additional scope added on. Dan was so helpful wherever there were errors he made a conscious effort to resolve these quickly. His communication was good and he was very professional . HOUSE REFURBISHMENT
Multiple Construction completed a refurbishememnt of our house as well as converting a downstairs Understairs cupboard into a WC. The work was completed to a high standard and any subsequent changes requested to Dan and his team were carried out with little fuss. I would recommend the company for building projects and jobs of this nature.

Bathroom Installation & Remodel
Dan and his team were very professional. They were always punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. They did a great job completely refurbishing my bathroom, installing a new cooker, tiling kitchen and small passage. They completed the job on time and to a really good standard.

FULL HOUSE REFURBISHMENT
What started a completely stripping back and reinstalling 2 bathrooms turned into a whole house refurb and Dan and his team rose to the occasion. Dan was easy to deal with throughout the project, he listened, paid attention and understood what I needed do to be done and definitely delivered, I’m pleased with the outcome and highly recommend them. Very happy with the work the guys did. As a newbie in this trepidicious property developing world. I had a specific budget to produce something separate to rent out atop a already occupied house. I needed someone who could fully handle the project without subbing the work to many trades. Which could end up costing me more than I'd budgeted. Dan and his
guys were up to the task and they delivered ahead of the schedule on contract. I'm very pleased. The loft conversion with bedroom and en-suite bathroom has been excellent and is about to rent out.

INTERNAL REFURBISHMENT
Multiple Constructions were fantastic from start to finish of our renovation project. We contacted them early and there was some delays on our side, Multiple Constructions were professional all the way through and communicated effectively even through the delays. The one stop model worked well for us as we could contact one person to answer all our questions and make twerks where it suited. The work consisted of installing spotlights, skirting boards, painting and plumbing. Which was all done to a very good standard. I personally appreciated the fact that he always responded and also had a wonderful sense of humour. THANK YOU DAN!
